Suresh Kumar quits, Adi Babu to head Lanco Infra Finance Dept
New Delhi, November 30: Lanco Infratech Ltd has informed that the Company has re-organised its Finance Function responsibilities. The Company has accepted the resignation of J. Suresh Kumar, Chief Financial Officer who was responsible for Financial Control & Investor Relations now.
However, Suresh Kumar, who was with Lanco since five years, will continue in this role till December 15, 2011.
T. Adi Babu will be the new Financial Controller and Philip Chacko the new Head of Investor Relations at Lanco Infratech Limited – both reporting to G. Venkatesh Babu, Managing Director.
As regards other key Finance function roles, Sharad Jhingan, Head-Structured Finance and T. N. Subramaniyan, Head-Project Finance will continue to report to Managing Director as per already existing reporting structure.
As per the media reports, Suresh Kumar is all set to join JSW group as CFO.
